What is Permanent Makeup? (PMU)

Permanent Makeup (PMU) is a specialist treatment that gently implants pigment into the upper layers of the skin using advanced techniques. It’s designed to enhance your natural features with soft, balanced definition - not to look heavy or overdone.

Treatments are typically carried out over two sessions, spaced around 6 weeks apart, allowing the pigment to settle and the results to be perfected. In some cases, an additional session may be recommended to achieve the best possible outcome. Results usually last between 1–5 years, depending on the treatment area, skin type and lifestyle.

This is a pre consultation appointment designed for asking questions/concerns and ensuring compatibility. If you have had no previous PMU, you DO NOT need a pre consultation appointment as a thorough discussion is carried out on the day. However, it is recommended.

If you have previous PMU from another clinic you must book to ensure the service can be accomplished.

2 / Patch Test

A patch test is required for all PMU services. This is carried out no later than 48 hours prior to treatment.

3 / Permanent Brows

Choose from Hairstroke / Nano Brows, Ombré (Powder) Brows, or a Combination approach. Each technique is carefully selected based on your natural brows, skin type and desired finish, ensuring results that feel balanced, flattering and tailored to you.

Hairstroke / Nano Brows

This technique uses fine, precise strokes to replicate the look of natural brow hairs. Each stroke is placed individually to enhance shape and fullness while maintaining a soft, realistic finish. Ideal for those wanting a natural-looking brow that subtly enhances existing hair growth.

Ombré (Powder) Brows

Ombré brows create a softly shaded effect using layers of pixelated pigment. The result is a polished, makeup-inspired finish that appears lighter at the front and more defined through the tail - similar to the look of softly filled-in brows. A great option for those who prefer a more defined, long-lasting result.

Combination Brows

Combination brows blend both hairstroke and ombré techniques to create a beautifully balanced result. Fine strokes at the front of the brow are paired with gentle shading through the body and tail, offering definition while still maintaining a natural, seamless finish.

4 / Lip Blush

A lovely, natural lip blush/lipstick effect designed to flatter each clients skin tone and preference. This treatment is especially effective for replacing lost colour and shape and restoring youthfulness. All treatments are bespoke to each client with shape, colour and style altered to suit the individuals age, skin type and personality.
