Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee with no shows & less than 24 hours notice being charged at 100%.

Jenna’s reserves the right to charge accordingly for missed appointments or late cancellations. 

When booking, you may be asked for a booking fee to secure your appointment. All Permanent Makeup bookings at our Beauty Salon will require a booking fee to secure your session. All fees  non refundable.
