By booking an appointment with Jenna’s Salon, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance. Online bookings are managed through our booking system, Ovatu. Appointment availability is shown in real time and is subject to change.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or, in some cases, the appointment being cancelled if it impacts other bookings.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least [insert number] hours’ notice.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than the required notice may be subject to a charge, or result in loss of any deposit paid.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in full payment being charged.
Deposits & Payments
Some treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if sufficient notice is given.
Full payment is required on the day of your appointment unless otherwise stated.
All payments are processed securely via Ovatu. Jenna’s Salon does not store your payment card details.
Treatment Suitability & Medical Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical information prior to treatment. This includes allergies, medical conditions, medications, or recent procedures.
Jenna’s Salon reserves the right to refuse or modify a treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
Results & Expectations
Results can vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. While we strive to achieve the best possible results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Aftercare advice will be provided where appropriate, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow this guidance.
Refunds
Treatments and services are non-refundable once carried out.
Refunds will not be given for dissatisfaction based on personal preference where the treatment has been performed correctly.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the stated validity period. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Personal Belongings
Jenna’s Salon cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal items brought into the salon.
Behaviour & Right to Refuse Service
We aim to provide a welcoming and professional environment. Jenna’s Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.
Pricing
All prices are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change without prior notice.
Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking an appointment, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in that policy.
Changes to These Terms
Jenna’s Salon reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
